RETURN POLICY

1. Time frame


  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date.

2. Condition of items


  • Items must be returned unworn, undegraded, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • No returns on final-sale / discounted items unless defective.

3. Process


  • Email our customer support at dqnnyc.info@gmail.com to request a return. Include your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.

4. Cost of return shipping


  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • For international orders, customer handles customs / import charges when returning.

5. Refunds


  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process refunds within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method.

6. Exchanges


  • We currently do not offer direct item exchanges. If you want something else, please return your original order and place a new order.

7. Exceptions


  • We do not accept returns of intimate items (underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.

  • Custom / personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a production defect.
